Customer Service
For your convenience, the Staunton Mall Customer Service Center is centrally located in Peebles Court. Services available include: Wheelchairs and electric scooters, stroller rental, and gift wrap. Our Customer Service Representatives are also happy to help with directions to local attractions and historical sites as well.

Community Central
Community Central is offered, free of charge, to qualified non-profit organizations. The opportunity exists to promote special projects sponsored by your organization, enlist volunteers and display free literature for shoppers. Community Central is scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. A minimum of two weeks advance notice is suggested. Strollers
Strollers are available at the main mall entrance at the Customer Service Center. Stroller rental is $2.00 per visit.
